Thomas Leffler has been a serial entrepreneur and Interim President/CEO for over 20 years. He has started, acquired, sold, and turned around numerous entrepreneurial companies in various industries. Thomas has worked for two Fortune 500 companies, Sprint and Master Lock, and an Inc. 500 company, Westar. He is currently the President of iMatrix Software, Inc., and has been since 2002.
Thomas serves and has served on the Board of Directors for non-profit organizations and corporations. He currently is serving on two non-profits, MLMIA and The Jonathan Foundation for Children with Learning Disabilities. He serves as Master of Ceremony for the annual Jonathan Foundation fundraiser event and is the co-host with a new celebrity guest from the entertainment industry each year. Some of the past non-profit organizations were Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and Center for Advanced Technology & Innovation. Corporate boards included L7 Network, Platinum Venture Group, and Waveland Recycling. He has been a member in organizations such as Vistage, EO and CEO Roundtables.
As a public speaker, he has addressed audiences throughout the world. He has been a guest lecturer for MBA programs at Marquette and Pepperdine Universities as well as other organizations and companies. Thomas’s educational background consists of graduating from Carthage College with a double major in Business and Marketing. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business (M.B.A.) from Cardinal Stritch University.
