She loves to focus on finding successful growth strategies and organizational solutions for every business or life challenge. Stephanie holds two Master’s degrees, a Ph.D and a Th.D.
Steph has delivered successfully in Executive and Leadership roles, and in Operational positions such as Business Development, Project Management, and Human Resources in Technology and other industries. She holds International and American certifications in Project and Product Management, HR and OD, Technology, and Finance. She is certified in the USA and UK as a Senior HR Professional, as a Project Manager / Program Manager through PMI, and as a Product Manager. Steph is comfortable working in different cultures and enjoys the travel that comes with bringing shared international initiatives together. After moving to the USA in 2002, Steph joined the leadership team for Libera, Inc., serving needs within state government as a technology provider. After later purchasing that business, and as the CEO, she registered as a WBE organization to leverage additional specific opportunities for business growth, and to meet like-minded women where a shared synergy was found. Libera became a successful exporter of goods to Europe for ten years which led to obtaining extra grants boosting growth plans, income, and overseas opportunities for local Libera communities. During Steph’s tenure, a strategic investment into IP also commenced in the form of a portfolio of patents, one of which was even sold to Microsoft, and many of which still remain in use today. In 2015, Steph started a Technology Incubator and launched several software incubator programs. One of these was in Sicily, Italy in 2016 which provided income generating transportation programs for the economically challenged island. Another was started early in 2017 in Brussels, Belgium in the bio agricultural space to assist farmers throughout the European Union with monitoring the health, wellbeing and location of herds of cows using GPS, the IoT, and non-invasive technologies. In 2018 Steph launched Optimal Measures, a consulting organization providing leadership guidance and support in key business functions, and mergers and acquisitions, along with access to specialist software tools of excellence that assist with business growth. More recently, in 2021 she launched a Not-for-Profit centered around an individual’s choice to invest in spiritual health and growth. Steph likes to bring her experience to bear by donating personal time to various organizations at the board level, helping develop strategies and key relationships. With a desire to help in practical ways, Steph has donated software solutions and services to local organizations over the years, such as the Lutheran Social Services (LSS), the Department of Social Services (DSS), The Resource Center (TRS), and the Office of Veterans Services (OVS). Steph is a contributor, choosing to spend personal time with community organizations, hospital ministries, and in situations where guidance is desperately needed, especially for those who need help to help themselves (such as The Jonathan Foundation), and for women who wish to find a more successful life path. She is also specifically passionate about helping Veterans find the life help they need, and enabling people suffering from Dementia to obtain practical care. Finally, Steph is very active in local church activities and contributes to Christ based ministries abroad.
