Thomas is an accomplished leader with achievements in corporate and entrepreneurial environments spanning across a variety of industries from startups to Fortune 500. Thomas has a proven track record of successfully turning around, growing, and selling companies.

His most recent achievement was serving as President at Rivers Edge Pharmacy – a midsize specialty pharmacy and infusion services provider. Prior to this, Thomas was Co-Founder and CEO of iMatrix Software, a leading software-as-a-service platform. In 2008, Thomas acquired, turned around, and was CEO of The Tech Factory, a provider of workflow enterprise software systems. In 2013, he sold the company to a Fortune 500 company. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Platinum Venture Group, and through his leadership, he was able to secure two investments and exits. This included Waveland Recycling, a commercial facility where he served as the Fractional Interim CEO. Before that, he was named President of L7 Network. An international online retail shopping portal, which he turned around, grew, and sold. Prior to L7, he was recruited as the President of Westar International, a contract manufacturer.

Thomas has served on many boards and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Project Insight and the Advisory Board for MedWand Solutions. He earned his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and BA degree in Marketing & Business from Carthage College.
